New book and a more aggressive publishing schedule
Busy month. Thanks to a few workflow and habit changes, I'm actually – gasp – writing ahead of schedule. Morale is high. I'm feeling very productive and not burned out at all.
New Book: NTRV3
First, a new book! I've released Book 3 of Rise of the NTR Villain (~62k words) under my pen name N.T. Robinson. Warning: This is more smut/erotica with litRPG themes than a true haremlit book. It also has edgy themes of NTR, cheating, corruption and wife-stealing, which isn't most people's cup of tea. But I'm adding it here because (a) some of you might be interested and (b) I wanted to inflate my word count for the year 😄
Corruption Mage
The current rough draft of Corruption Mage 3 is at 55k words, and I think the final will be around 80-90k words. This book will close out the Iceborn Dungeon arc – and features the most badass climax the series has seen yet.
I'll need ~4 weeks to finish the draft, then revise, then edit, then proofread, so the plan is to release in late Feb.
I've scrapped plans for the Potion Mage Corruption Mage side novel after listening to advice from fellow writers. I wanted to write a novella to attract new readers to the main Corruption Mage series, but apparently, this kind of strategy doesn't work, and I'm better off writing more books in the main series. That said, the concept seems fun, and I'm kind of in love with the character I came up for the book–so maybe I'll spin her off into a different series or add her to the main series.
Other Stuff
Various other things and updates.
- I've moved the planned publish date of Monster Girl Quests Book 2 to Q1 from Q2. The draft is 80% done and has been sitting around for ~2 years; I just need to finish the climax scene, then polish and edit. So I expect to publish this in March 2026.
- Now that I have a better idea of what a realistic pacing is, I've also updated the Schedule page to be a bit more aggressive.
